Shipping

We ship all orders via NZ Post and a tracking number will be emailed once the order has shipped (where available).  If you require an urgent delivery, please email us.

Courier to Australia normally takes 5-10 Business Days, and are tracked. 

International Shipping

We have shipped many orders to International customers all over the world, and we’re more than happy to help. If  you are outside of NZ, please contact us as we have other options available for you.  All international orders over $60 receive free shipping.

Payment Options

PayPal

PayPal is the world’s leading payment solution, with over 127 million users worldwide. Not only is it secure, but it means that you don’t share your payment details with anyone except PayPal themselves, and you can use credit cards or bank transfers to pay.

Visa, Mastercard

For credit cards, we offer two secure payment options. You can either select PayPal, which will take you to a PayPal checkout where you can pay securely via Visa or Mastercard, or you can use our onsite merchant facility (secured by Comodo).

Duties/Taxes

Because our rings are sent from our warehouse in NZ, higher value orders may incur duties/taxes from customs. These will need to be paid to customs before you can receive your order.
